TXL204: Digitizer CNC Embroiderer Software
Class Number 265-28450
Pop your knowledge of the digitizing process and quickly start having fun printing your own art in thread.
Join us for this lecture class where we'll have fun covering many aspects of this feature-rich, digitizing software package by Janome. This software supports a variety of embroidery machines, including the Janome and the Brother.
If you're new to digitizing (creating machine embroidery stitches from 2D artwork), this is a great place to start. We'll discuss aspects of digitizing to be aware of when printing with thread; teach you how to work with existing art as well as digitize your own objects, including shapes and text; introduce you to features you can use to control the sew-out of your designs; and more.
This two-hour class is all about the software and is likely to save you weeks of exploring on your own. It does not include any time with the CNC embroidery machine; it is software only.
Recommendation: For hands-on demos of actual embroidering, including how to hoop and the handling of stabilizer, take the CNC Embroiderer SBU. There's a slight advantage to taking the SBU before this class, but it's not required.
