Sewing leather is fun and easy, but it requires a few more tools and steps than fabrics. Why? Because you have to poke holes through the leather!
In this class, we’ll cut and sew a small coin pouch of vegetable-tanned leather, using a groover, overstitch wheel, hole punch (and/or awls), and needle and thread while discussing alternate techniques for various leathers. No previous experience in working with leather is required.
