WKS802: Laser Cut Lanterns
Class Number 1614-111386
Go further with the skills you learned in your Epilog Laser SBU or Universal Laser SBU to create a decorative and functional work of art! Your instructor will provide you with a selection of pattern ideas, and consult with you on your own designs. Completed lanterns will be made of wood and acrylic, with an electric cord and bulb. You will also be shown how to modify your base for candles.
This is a 4 hour workshop. Upon completion, you may paint or stain your creation, or modify what you have learned to create other styles and shapes. This project will illuminate your home with your own creativity, or provide a gift that is both personal and practical.
LAS101 is required before you take this workshop. Only the Epilog Laser will be used in this workshop. However, everything taught will be applicable to the Universal Laser System.
