Is the rotary attachment for the laser already checked out, or are you tired of having to check it out for quick jobs? After this workshop, you won't have to as long as you don't need to etch the full diameter of your material.
In this first workshop of the series, you will make a tool that allows a stable platform to support cylindrical or oddly shaped items. This works great for highly repetitive projects with a limited print (etch/engrave/cut) area, which do not require rotation. Many cylindrical projects for the laser fall into this category. You are about to step into the world of custom jig designs for the laser.
