This session is great for applying to part design, or just to satisfy your curiosity about a material found literally everywhere in our lives.
Plastic Part Design - Saturday 3/9, 1:00 - 2:30 PM -- Good design means efficient production, good looks and, ultimately, functional parts that won't fail in use. This session covers design mechanics aimed at giving your part all three.
Mold Design for Plastic Parts - Saturday, March 9, 3:30 - 5:30 PM -- You know the structure of your plastic part -- now you need the mold to produce it. This session covers mold theory, anatomy and points on machining to produce an effective mold and a great plastic product.
Injection Molding Safety and Basic Use classes - Sunday, March 10, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM --
