120 Independence Drive TechShop Menlo Park is located at 120 Independence Drive, near the intersection of Highway 101 and Highway 84, providing easy access from most Bay Area locations. The 15,500-square-foot facility has a private parking lot as well as street parking. A community based workshop and prototyping studio on a mission to democratize access to the tools of innovation, TechShop is packed with cutting-edge tools, equipment, and computers loaded with design software featuring the Autodesk Design Suite. Most importantly, TechShop offers space to make, and the support and camaraderie of a community of makers.

So that our staff and instructors may enjoy time with their friends and families, TechShop Menlo Park is closed on the following days:
- New Year's Eve (closes at 5 PM)
- New Year's Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day (and closes the previous day at 5 PM)
- Christmas Eve (closes at 5 PM)
- Christmas Day
