Join TechShop and ShopBot on Saturday, September 27th, for the 4th annual Michigan Camp ShopBot!
Saturday's Camp ShopBot is FREE and features presentations on a variety of topics and techniques, from working with plastics or aluminum to machine maintenance. Randy Johnson, ShopBot's director of education and past editor of American Woodworker magazine, will be on hand leading several of the presentations and demonstrating the new “Handibot” tool. Plus there will be Q & A time, the infamous Show and Tell session, and information on additional help and training. Registration is required even though it is free.
Bring one or more of your projects for Shobot's ever-popular SHOW AND TELL session! This is your chance to share what you make and see what other's are making. If you create commissions for clients, you are welcome to bring photos. TechShop Detroit has a lot of room to set up large projects. Please email our Events Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org and Camp ShopBot at email@example.com if you plan on bringing a larger project to share and need the loading dock area.
